looking for Field Operations and Preconstruction Managers and would like your help in
locating the best Design-Builders in the industry. We are a very progressive 50 person
design build company, located in Central Ohio. The roles we are currently trying to fill
are listed below.
PROJECT MANAGER, FIELD OPERATIONS
Qualifications:
 | 6-10+ years in the design and/or construction industries |
| BS in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
preferred |
| Proven experience in concept to completion, design/build
projects |
| Excellent understanding of the entire planning, construction
and design process |
| Strong involvement in the design and construction
professional community |
Responsibilities:
| Responsible for successful completion of the project
including scheduling, financial reporting, quality and document control |
| Performs project reporting and closeout |
| Manages subcontractors with respect to quality and timing |
PROJECT MANAGER, PRECONSTRUCTION
Qualifications:
| BS Construction Management, or Technical field |
| 10 years of experience |
| Top academic and professional credentials, strong
involvement in the construction community |
| Proven project management, scheduling and estimating
strengths |
| Design oversight and conceptual estimating experience and/or
understanding |
Responsibilities:
| Responsible for managing the project through the design
phase and ensuring that it is ready and on time for construction |
| Prepares design documents |
| Obtains approvals and permits |
