EXXCEL Project Management is a privately held corporation headquartered in Columbus, Ohio and founded by F. Douglas Reardon. EXXCEL actively began business on May 15, 1991, and was incorporated in the state of Ohio on January 31, 1991.

About The Services EXXCEL Provides

EXXCEL Project Management provides various services including consultation services, design/build, preconstruction management, construction management, and general construction for distribution centers, manufacturing centers, and professional office facilities. Although our primary market area has traditionally been the Midwest, we have completed projects throughout the country.

EXXCEL won the prestigious Butler Manufacturing #1 Volume Builder of the Year Award in both 1996 and 1997, making EXXCEL the first and only company to receive this honor for two consecutive years. EXXCEL also received other Butler Manufacturing awards, including the Million Dollar Builder and the High Performance Builder.
