President & CEO
Mr. Reardon has directly supervised more than 635 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and warehouse construction in the United States; spanning as far south as Texas and Florida, west as far as California, east as far as Pennsylvania, and north as far as Massachusetts. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Target Construction Company and Chief Operating Officer of Taggart, Marryott, Reardon Co. He possesses extensive experience in all technical and managerial aspects associated with the construction of warehouses, manufacturing, retail and office facilities and is nationally recognized as an expert in the field.

Based upon his previous experience as a project manager for various multimillion dollar real estate developers, Doug is multi-disciplined in commercial office, retail, warehouse, and manufacturing development, design, and construction management, and possesses a strong background in project programming, budgeting, value analysis, procurement, contract administration, and overall cost control. Doug’s considerable involvement in project management roles of commercial development and construction give him a well-rounded knowledge from project inception to completion and make him an asset to the EXXCEL team.
Chief Investment Officer
Throughout his 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, Cliff has functioned as the lead development executive and investment officer for multiple regional development firms. Under his oversight, he has developed over 50 million square feet of industrial buildings, 5 million square feet of office buildings, land development for office and industrial parks which total thousands of acres, and other retail and residential developments. These developments have spanned most states in the Midwest and southeast regions of the United States. Cliff’s duties include land entitlement, debt procurement, leading design teams, proposals and presentations to tenants, landowners, communities, lenders, and buyers.
