PERSPECTIVE

EXXCEL  Project Management was hired by Industrial Realty Group (IRG) to provide design-build services for the construction of a 510,000 SF distribution center. EXXCEL has incorporated value engineering solutions  in the development, design, and preconstruction stages of the project. This facility is currently under construction.
