This building is one in a series of bulk warehouses at the Southpark industrial park in Grove City, Ohio. This commercial industrial warehouse consists of 410,269 square feet, began construction in September of 1997, and was completed in May of 1998.

EXXCEL has built several of the buildings in this industrial park, and continues to assist with the park's expansion.
