Mills Pride

This warehouse complex is located at 423 Hopewell Road in Waverly, Ohio. Most of the buildings in the complex were built by EXXCEL.

Available for view are an aerial photo from October 1993, as well as an aerial from November 1997.

Among the projects which EXXCEL has managed at the Mill's Pride Site are:

MPN-93.008 This was a Manufacturing Process Facility built for Cabinet Co.

MPN-94.063 This was also a Manufacturing Process Facility, of about 174,160 square feet.

MAN-94.083 EXXCEL was responsible for design and construction of a 10,599 linear foot earth and concrete flood wall around the entire facility in Waverly, Ohio, which was completed in 10/1/97.

UTR-95.124 Located on Waverly Street, this was a Utility Project renovation.

MPR-95.125 The bulk of this project was the renovation and retrofitting of a Manufacturing Process Facility.

MAA-95.150 This project was an addition of 28,875 square feet to a Manufacturing Assembly Facility, and was completed on 10/1/96.

MAA-95.151 Another addition to a Manufacturing Assembly Facility, the Lincoln paint room was a 5000 square feet increase. This was completed on 12/1/96.

MAN-96.028 Completed on 8/20/96, this was a the Roosevelt Northwest Manufacturing Assembly Facility. This facility covered 52,125 square feet.

MAN-96.053 This was a parking lot of about 15 acres.

MAN-96.081 The Madison Building, it is 453,000 square feet and a Manufacturing Assembly Facility. This was completed 10/15/97.

MAA-97.065 For this project EXXCEL constructed a 47,127 square feet addition to a Manufacturing Assembly Facility, the South Jefferson building.
