EXXCEL was hired by Advanced Drainage Systems to provide design and construction services for a 35,500 SF corporate headquarters. Advanced Drainage Systems is the world’s largest manufacturer of polyethylene corrugated pipe products.

The facility is a Class A suburban office building featuring executive offices and a company-wide data center. Designed for maximum flexibility, the building includes demountable partitions and all-new office furniture systems. The building features a mechanically fastened membrane roof, two floors, executive offices, a data center, a board room, an outdoor patio, and a campus setting.
