EXXCEL was hired to provide design, structural engineering, and construction services to develop a new warehouse distribution facility for a large pharmaceutical company. Anda Pharmaceuticals was able to design and construct this 350,000 SF warehouse utilizing EXXCEL’s program for site due diligence, design, and construction through the winter months. The incorporation of EXXCEL’s value engineering ideas and the speed of their construction process allowed for delivery of the completed warehouse on time and under budget.

This facility features a conventional Butler structure with 8” precast, insulated concrete walls and a Butler MR-24 roof. There are 64 dock doors included in the design.
