EXXCEL was selected by BrewDog to provide design-build services for the construction of a 112,147 SF building which would serve as the North American HQ, including a brewery, restaurant, and distribution center. Using a fast tracked design-build approach utilizing value engineering solutions, EXXCEL was able to design and construct this multi-use facility ahead of the client’s aggressive need-date.

Constructed using conventional structural steel with precast concrete wall panels, the building features a two-story office, retails space, restaurant, space, brewery space with 38’ eaves, dock positions, and a 43,341 sf warehouse distribution area.

Planning, attention to detail, and determination allowed EXXCEL to complete this project ahead of schedule.
