Redevelopment of two industrial buildings in Spartanburg, South Carolina, totaling 280,000 square feet. Buildings were damaged by a tornado, and they were rebuilt to house a manufacturing operation for Magna, USA, and a logistics use for Kimura, Inc. Projects included significant environmental remediation and a full demolition and rebuild of the Magna building.
