EXXCEL was chosen by Shiseido to complete the tenant improvements in the 323,571 SF CP#3 spec industrial shell building that neighbors their current operations at Centerpoint Business Park in Obetz, Ohio. These tenant improvements includes a main office, remote receiving office, employee entrance with enhanced security features, break room, and several private restrooms. Special care was taken into account during the design phase of this project to address COVID-19 related safety considerations. All areas were designed to allow for 6 feet of social distancing, individual restrooms, wider aisleways, and a larger breakroom.

Tenant improvement includes a 3,190 SF main office, 950 SF remote receiving office, and an 8,670 SF, 270 ft long connector that joins Centerpoint 2 and Centerpoint 3.
