EXXCEL provided site development, design supervision, and construction services for Continental Tire to build a new distribution facility. As part of the Creekside Business Park, EXXCEL delivered this 758,671 sf facility on time and under budget. This was achieved by utilizing value engineering ideas, EXXCEL’ s program for site due diligence, design, and construction.

The building features 64 dock doors, six rail doors, 8” site-cast tilt-up concrete walls, and a Butler Manufactured structure. The roof is a 22-gauge deck with rigid insulation and a white TPO membrane.
