When EXXCEL completed the second building in the new LG Logistics Park, Crane Logistics jumped at the chance to be a part of this fresh industrial landscape. Despite challenges with the site, LGR West went from an empty field to a functional distribution facility in less than 12 months.

This 533,170 SF building boasts a clear height of 36’-0” at the first column, full height insulated, precast concrete wall panels with an R-value of R13.6, and a floor flatness rating of Ff50 Fl35.  The conventional structural system is fabricated from structural steel. The 58 docks are fully equipped with 35,000lb mechanical levelers, shelters, and articulating arm-mounted LED trailer illumination lights. Four 14’x16’ drive-in doors provide grade access to the building floor.
