Goodyear was able to roll out, on schedule, a six-building, 5.5 million square foot, program utilizing EXXCEL for site due diligence, design and construction. Design and quality were consistent from project to project. As a result of a unique procurement process, the incorporation of many value engineering ideas and the speed of the development processes, EXXCEL was able to deliver the program significantly under budget.
