EXXCEL was awarded the contract to provide construction and value engineering services for this retail banking facility. The goal was to reduce construction costs without sacrificing quality or functionality. After the budget and design were finalized, the project was completed in four and a half months, 15% below budget.

This banking facility features a two-story lobby with a show-stopping floating staircase. Strict design guidelines for zoning approval in Uptown Westerville were followed and incorporated into the design.
