EXXCEL was hired to provide development, design, and construction services for a ceramic castings powder compounding operation. The 50,000 SF facility houses both manufacturing and support offices.

This building features a dust extraction system for airborne particulates, a process vacuum system, cooler/freezer low-humidity storage space, segregated batching spaces for non-compatible materials, ambient temperature storage, mechanical equipment room, maintenance shop, quality control laboratory, employee breakrooms and locker facilities, engineering offices, and conference space. Constructed using a Butler Manufacturing Company Widespan system with MR-24 standing seam roof system and foam core insulated Therma Wall siding system.
