InnoPak has been headquartered in the City of Delaware since 2005 and an important part of the community. However, they were outgrowing their manufacturing facility. Working closely with the City of Delaware, EXXCEL started development on an 89-acre property, which became Sawmill Pointe Business Park. InnoPak took the plunge and relocated their headquarters and container fabrication operations to a new facility while maintaining their community presence in Delaware.

 This 421,000 SF double-load building is constructed with full-height insulated precast concrete walls, an R-20 mechanically fastened 45 mil TPO roof, 36 initially equipped dock positions, four drive-in door openings with motor-operated 14’x16’ doors, clear height of 32’-8” at the first interior column, and a 7” concrete slab with an overall floor flatness rating of Ff50/Fl35. There are 58 additional possible dock positions. Sawmill Parkway was extended further west to accommodate the entrance drive to this facility.
