EXXCEL was selected by Midpoint Logistics to provide design-build construction services. The project was delivered under budget. Located between New York City and the Lehigh Valley, this site is well situated to rail, seaports, and airports. Norfolk Southern has the capacity to deliver up to 60 rail cars per day. The site offers direct access to major regional highways 287, 78, and 80.

The new distribution center features a single story, site cast insulated concrete tilt wall construction with 36’ minimum clear height. Loading docks are comprised of 35,000 lb. mechanical pit levelers, dock bumpers, weather seals, and LED lights with power receptacles. Bays are 50’ x 54’, with speed bays at 60’ x 54’. An EFSR fire suppression system and fire extinguishers provided in accordance with local codes.
