EXXCEL was chosen to provide design-build and construction services to develop and build new facilities for Mill’s Pride, a leading kitchen cabinet and furniture manufacturer. An ongoing strategic partnership was created that yielded a total of 27 projects and over three million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space. EXXCEL was selected by Mill’s Pride to form this partnership due to the high-quality craftsmanship, value engineering, creative problem-solving, design skills, and continuous innovation techniques they provided.

This portfolio of work with Mill’s Pride features a complex consisting of 22 buildings spread across 212 acres: Washington (317,500 SF ), Madison (440,00 SF ), Truman (310,000 SF ), Eisenhower (410,000 SF ), and Jefferson (274,500 SF ).

EXXCEL constructed a class one levee along the Scioto River to help mitigate flooding issues and allow the owner to obtain property insurance against the investment in his production facility.
