This transformative project combined manufacturing, warehousing, and office spaces into a 302,475-square-foot state-of-the-art facility. EXXCEL's turnkey approach included site development, design supervision, construction management, and innovative financing solutions to ensure project viability.

The facility features robust industrial specifications with conventional structural steel and precast concrete wall panels, complemented by seven loading docks, two drive-in doors, and extensive parking for 350 vehicles. The manufacturing space boasts a 24-foot clear height, while the entire facility—including manufacturing, material storage, and office areas—is equipped with full climate control. This project exemplifies EXXCEL's expertise in creating sophisticated industrial spaces that seamlessly integrate multiple operational needs under one roof.
