This fast-tracked project spanning over 929,000 SF, 40 feet clear, which was added to their Lockbourne building portfolio, demonstrates EXXCEL's ability to deliver complex projects efficiently. Dried-in just under 6 months, the project features advanced warehousing solutions and cutting-edge distribution capabilities. The project required road improvements to Lockbourne Road, along with coordinating with the Army Corps of Engineers on a stream relocation. Working closely with ODW Logistics, EXXCEL’s integrated design-build approach streamlined the construction process, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion.
