EXXCEL was hired to provide development, design, and construction management services to construct a new three-story medical office and diagnostics building. The facility is a suburban Class A medical office building that features women’s health and physicians’ offices, and full diagnostics, including MRI, CT, and dialysis.

This facility features architecture designed to incorporate the Parrish Healthcare circle of healing, high-efficiency variable refrigerant flow HVAC systems, which include individual room control and a building management system, state-of-the-art diagnostics, incredible views over the Indian River Lagoon, and a viewing deck for Cape Canaveral launches. The Parrish Healthcare Center is a significant anchor for the Titus Landing lifestyle campus.
