The facility is a suburban Class A medical office building that features women’s health and physician’s offices, and full diagnostics including MRI, CT, dialysis.

This facility features architecture designed to incorporate the Parrish Healthcare circle of healing, high efficiency variable refrigerant flow HVAC systems which include individual room control and building management system, state of the art diagnostics, incredible views over the Indian River Lagoon. and a viewing deck for Cape Canaveral launches.
