EXXCEL Project Management was hired by Post-Ralston Foods to provide design-build services for the construction of a 1,166,015 SF food-grade distribution center, the second to be constructed in the CenterPoint Business Park. Using the unique procurement process, incorporating value engineering ideas into the design, supervision of the design, and construction management, EXXCEL continued to improve the standard set for the park in the initial building.

Features included: 94 docks, 7 drive-in doors, 2 building entry features, 316 future trailer park spaces, 32’ clear in height at eaves, ESFR protection system. The structure was a conventional structural steel with precast wall panels.
