EXXCEL was selected by Rogue Fitness to provide construction services for their 620,000 sf building which would serve as headquarters, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, retail store, and competition gym. The project site was a brownfield, which required soil consolidation for increased bearing capacity and removal of unknown underground obstructions. This building features a two-story brick office building, fully air-conditioned manufacturing/warehouse/distribution building, 35’ clear height, powder coated mezzanine, overhead bridge cranes, two interior truck bays and loading docks, 72 standard truck docks, manufacturing offices, employee locker rooms, equipment pits and foundations. The concrete floors have been given a rating of “very flat.” EXXCEL was able to complete the project two months ahead of schedule.
