EXXCEL won the award to provide Rubbermaid design and construction services for a new large distribution center. By incorporating value engineering into the design, EXXCEL was able to deliver the final building under budget. Innovation with the procurement process and increased speed of the development processes allowed for completion ahead of schedule.

This 816,000 SF distribution center features 63 dock doors, 60 dock levelers, 32’ clear height, roof insulation, and wall insulation. The landmark II steel structure and MR-24 roof were both manufactured by Butler Building Systems.
